OBSTETRICS

Dr Mellor provides care throughout pregnancy, labour and delivery, and the post-natal period.  She manages all types of pregnancies, whether low risk requiring minimal intervention, or complex high-risk cases.  Her training at tertiary obstetric hospitals, including the Mater Mothers’ in Brisbane, the Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Adelaide, and the King Edward Memorial Hospital in Perth, has provided experience in all aspects of high-risk pregnancy and labour management.  

Dr Mellor’s highest priority is the safety of mother and baby, while recognising a woman’s autonomy and right to make choices during pregnancy, labour and delivery.
